Job Description
Role Overview
Get Offers is collaborating with a leading AI research organization on a large-scale AI training initiative. This initiative focuses on improving architectural reasoning, design analysis, and technical drafting capabilities in advanced language models. We are seeking experienced Architecture Professionals for the Architecture Expert role to create and evaluate high-quality architecture-related prompts and responses.
This is a multilingual opportunity. We are specifically seeking experts who are fluent and professionally active in one or more of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
Important: This role is not about translation ability alone. Candidates must have real-world professional experience practicing architecture within their linguistic and cultural context, including familiarity with:
- Local building codes and zoning regulations
- Construction documentation standards
- Structural and building systems integration
- Materials, methods, and site considerations
- Sustainability frameworks and climate-responsive design
- Professional practice norms and terminology
Key Responsibilities
- Author realistic prompts spanning conceptual design, building systems, materials, construction methods, sustainability strategies, and code compliance.
- Review and refine AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, feasibility, clarity, and adherence to professional standards.
- Write high-quality “gold standard” responses for complex or ambiguous architectural scenarios.
- Create controlled prompt variations testing differences in site constraints, regulatory requirements, climate conditions, client programs, or budget parameters.
- Evaluate outputs across varying lengths, styles, and instruction constraints.
- Identify model failure cases such as technical inaccuracies, unrealistic spatial planning, improper code interpretation, or culturally inconsistent architectural assumptions.
Ideal Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in architecture, architectural design, urban planning, or a related practice.
- Active professional familiarity with architectural practice within at least one of the specified language ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, documentation standards, construction practices, and design conventions.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills in the target language.
- Ability to work independently and exercise careful, well-reasoned editorial judgment.
Commitment & Application Process
Expected availability for this independent contractor role is 10–40 hours per week, with fully remote and flexible scheduling. To apply, submit your resume outlining relevant architectural experience and complete a short form detailing your areas of specialization and language proficiency. Qualified applicants will receive follow-up steps within a few days.
Contract & Payment Terms
This is an engagement as an independent contractor, fully remote with flexible hours. Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on performance and business needs. Weekly payments are made via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
