Role & Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps in your domain.
• Develop annotation standards, evaluation frameworks, and rigorous clinical rubrics.
• Design domain-specific tasks and craft gold-standard solutions.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs to ensure clinical accuracy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary peers to maintain data depth.

Specializations include Infectious Disease, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonary/Critical Care, Geriatrics, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Plastic Surgery, Pediatric Subspecialties, Neurology, Psychiatry, Medical Genetics, Dermatology, Pathology, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Anesthesiology, PM&R, Preventive Medicine, Transplant Medicine, Palliative Care, Clinical Informatics, Oncology, and Cardiology.

Qualifications

• Based in the US.
• MD, DO or PhD with research focus in advanced medical domains.
• 5+ years post-training clinical practice in a frontier specialty.
• Leadership in sub-specialty research.
