Your Role as Senior Sales Manager - Digital Factory Solutions
In this position, you will actively sell our production-related software solutions – MES, CAQ, APS, MOM.
- Your focus will be on the acquisition of new customers; additionally, you will manage and develop existing customer accounts.
- You will sell software in the areas of production and quality management, as well as production planning.
- You will analyze customer requirements and develop solution concepts in close cooperation with all relevant project stakeholders.
- You will manage the entire sales cycle – from lead qualification, through the creation and elaboration of offers, to negotiation strategy and contract conclusion.
- You will present our products to an (inter)national customer base in online formats, at trade fairs, and events.
- You will monitor all relevant market developments and proactively contribute your ideas to further optimize our sales processes.
Your Profile
- You have experience in selling complex software – ideally in a production-related IT environment (MES, CAQ, APS, MOM).
- You have completed commercial or industrial-related training, or a degree in manufacturing, automation technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- You are a strong communicator and constantly expand your network offline and online – you enjoy social selling.
- You are proactive in reaching out to decision-makers.
- You impress with your teamwork skills, presentation, and negotiation expertise.
- With your open, reliable personality, you meet our customers at all levels as a strategic partner at eye level.
- Willingness to travel, very good German, and good English language skills complete your profile.
Work Location
Our office locations are in Munich, Leipzig, Halle (Saale), Lübeck, and Burghausen. We offer mobile working.
