Reporting to the Digital Marketing & Data Manager, you will be the Group's digital performance expert. Your objective is to maximize the business contribution of digital channels, from traffic acquisition to conversion and lead generation, with a strong focus on ROI and data-driven strategies. You will play a central role within the Digital Marketing team, collaborating closely with country marketing teams and cross-functional departments. Your key responsibilities include:1/ Definition and Management of Acquisition & Growth Strategy
- Define and manage the digital acquisition strategy (SEO, GEO, SEA, CRM, marketing automation).
- Identify key growth levers for B2B and B2C markets.
- Develop performance-oriented action plans and manage associated budgets.
- Measure and optimize the ROI of digital investments.
2/ SEO/GEO Traffic and Campaign Management
- Deploy acquisition strategies by market and country.
- Manage the central SEO/GEO agency and support local teams.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Social Ads).
- Ensure the quality and relevance of generated traffic.
3/ Analysis, Tracking, and Business Performance
- Define and maintain a reliable tracking architecture.
- Design and evolve performance dashboards.
- Produce regular reports for teams and management.
- Identify optimization opportunities based on data.
4/ Conversion Rate Optimization
- Analyze user journeys and identify friction points.
- Propose and implement UX, content, and conversion funnel optimizations.
- Manage A/B tests and experiments.
- Contribute to increasing lead volume and quality.
5/ Support for Country Teams
- Disseminate best practices for digital acquisition and performance.
- Train local teams on tools and ROI culture.
- Adapt strategies to market specificities.
- Act as the SEO, GEO, and conversion point of contact for subsidiaries.
6/ Market & Innovation Watch
- Monitor digital trends, AI, and marketing tools.
- Benchmark competitors.

Profile
- Educated to Master's degree level (Business School/University) with a specialization in digital marketing.
- 5-10 years of experience in performance and acquisition-focused digital marketing, ideally in an international, multi-country environment.
- Proficiency in web ecosystems, tracking, data, AI concepts, and tools such as CMS (Drupal, Magento), CRM & automation (HubSpot, Dynamics), and Analytics & reporting.
- Fluent English is required; a second language is a plus.
