Job Overview

The Sales Support Manager at Gerflor USA Inc is responsible for building and managing relationships with group purchasing organizations (GPOs) and buying consortiums across multiple brands including Gerflor USA, Connor Sports, Sport Court, and Snap. This role leads training and coordination of field sales teams and drives CRM platform adoption, usage and compliance across defined business units.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with GPOs and buying consortiums.
  • Negotiate and manage RFPs and agreements to optimize business opportunities.
  • Monitor performance and compliance with negotiated agreements.
  • Train and coach field sales teams and external networks on leveraging GPO agreements.
  • Provide tools, resources, and ongoing support to the field sales team.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for GPO processes and benefits.
  • Drive CRM platform adoption, usage, and compliance across business units.
  • Support CRM transition and integration with ERP systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and analysis within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales, IT, and operations teams to improve CRM functionality.
  • Maintain and distribute Gerflor Commercial and Sport Price Lists.
  • Oversee Qx inventory sales management aligning sales and working capital objectives.
  • Partner with operations and sales teams to track and optimize inventory usage.
  • Coordinate strategies with Managing Directors, sales leadership, operations, and IT.
  • Serve as liaison between corporate functions and field teams.
  • Track sales performance with reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to define KPIs for trade shows and measure ROI.
  • Travel up to 30% as required.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years in B2B sales support and training. Industry knowledge in architecture or flooring is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and lead generation tools is required along with strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $90,000 to $99,000 annually, with potential for bonus, incentive, or commissions.
