What You Will Do as a Process Lead, Procurement Operations

As an integral part of the Global Delivery Team, based in our San José location, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Execute standardized processes and strategies effectively.
• Apply business expertise to drive breakthrough thinking, significantly impacting clients' long-term strategic positions as a thought leader.
• Manage and optimize functional processes and activities, ensuring adherence to client's corporate standards.
• Engage with internal and external business partners to ensure decisions are organization-wide and achieve optimum daily execution.
• Monitor process performance, metrics, and indicators to ensure expectations are consistently met.
• Perform other special projects as assigned.

• Strong knowledge of procurement management processes and best practices.
• Expertise in SLA monitoring and reporting.
• Expert in purchase-to-pay processes.
• Proven experience in executing procurement projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Client Management experience.
• Team management experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Project Management skills (desired).
• Expert in ERP/P2P systems.
• Proficient in MS Suite.

Education:

Minimum bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Science, Business, Engineering, or a similar stream, or a combination of high school education and relevant experience.

Experience:

4+ years previous work experience managing the procure-to-pay process.

Languages:

Fluent in Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus.
