Role Overview: Senior Manager Business and Analytics - Revenue Operations
This role is pivotal in translating complex data into predictive insights to drive revenue growth through both mature subscription and emerging consumption-based models. You will lead a team, collaborate across various departments, and develop advanced reporting dashboards and AI/ML models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue operations data infrastructure.
- Create and deliver advanced analytics reports and dashboards.
- Optimize the entire sales cycle from lead to retention.
- Drive AI/ML initiatives to enhance forecasting and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams.
- Mentor and lead a team of business analysts.
What You Bring
You should have 8+ years in data analytics/business intelligence, with 4+ years in a leadership role in Revenue or Sales Operations in a SaaS environment. Proficiency in Salesforce, G Suite, coding, and experience with AI tools is essential. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are a must.
