We seek an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner with a passion for technology and talent development. You will act as a trusted advisor to business groups, using your negotiation, conflict resolution, and analytical skills to solve challenges.

- Develop and execute people strategy aligned with business goals.
- Coach and mentor senior leaders on HR practices and career planning.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR initiatives.
- Collaborate on HR strategy, policy implementation and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with HR legislation and Geotab policies.

What you'll bring to the role
- Post secondary qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years of HR Business Partner experience, with senior-level exposure.
- Professional certification (CHRP/CHRL) is an asset.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR legislation.
- Technical competence with tools such as Google Suite.
