Job Summary

The Administrative Professional role provides comprehensive office support to a campus unit. Responsibilities include organizing correspondence, preparing reports, scheduling meetings and events, travel arrangements, maintaining filing systems and office supplies, and assisting customers with service needs.

Responsibilities

  • Compose and route routine correspondence and documentation.
  • Compile and organize data for reports.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and events.
  • Make travel arrangements for staff as directed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and filing systems.
  • Receive phone calls and greet office visitors.
  • Respond to customer questions and gather service information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Educational and Experience Requirements

High school diploma, GED or Vocational School Diploma required; up to two years of related experience preferred.
