About Gentis Ltd - Administrative and Logistics Coordinator
Gentis Ltd is seeking a responsible, organized, and communicative professional for an Administrative and Logistics Coordinator role located in Zagreb. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily communication with customers, guests, partners, and suppliers
- Monitoring and processing online orders, including data entry and invoice creation
- Tracking payments and preparing financial reports from various channels
- Managing basic financial administration and coordinating office operations
- Entering and updating association members' data and documentation
- Assisting in grant applications and preparing project reports
- Maintaining records of working hours, vacation days, and meeting minutes
- Preparing travel orders and managing office supplies
- Preparing contracts and maintaining simple legal records
- Monitoring and executing regular payments like bills, rents, and salaries
Requirements
- Secondary or higher education in economics, administration, management or related fields
- Experience in administration
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Workspace
- Independence, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and fiscalization is a plus
