About Gentis Ltd - Administrative and Logistics Coordinator

Gentis Ltd is seeking a responsible, organized, and communicative professional for an Administrative and Logistics Coordinator role located in Zagreb. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily communication with customers, guests, partners, and suppliers
  • Monitoring and processing online orders, including data entry and invoice creation
  • Tracking payments and preparing financial reports from various channels
  • Managing basic financial administration and coordinating office operations
  • Entering and updating association members' data and documentation
  • Assisting in grant applications and preparing project reports
  • Maintaining records of working hours, vacation days, and meeting minutes
  • Preparing travel orders and managing office supplies
  • Preparing contracts and maintaining simple legal records
  • Monitoring and executing regular payments like bills, rents, and salaries

Requirements

  • Secondary or higher education in economics, administration, management or related fields
  • Experience in administration
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Independence, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and fiscalization is a plus
