About the role
E-commerce UX Designer Junior at Genius
Genius is seeking a Junior UX Designer with e-commerce specialization for a consulting mission with a key player in the agri-food industry. The role focuses on piloting and improving the user experience of the e-commerce website.
Missions:
- Co-build and execute the website's activity plan based on key moments, promotions, etc., with the E-shop manager.
- Define standards, templates, and processes for website updates.
- Continuously update website content: products, banners, featured items, promotions, key moments, general terms and conditions.
- Proactively propose continuous improvements to the website and UX: suggest functional and graphical evolutions, A/B tests, in collaboration with digital and international teams.
- Perform all or part of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before production.
- Identify needs and implement optimal SEO content with the E-content manager.
- Conduct necessary website tests before user release.
- Produce reporting and analysis of KPIs related to website animation and UX.
- Contribute to a CRM tool development/implementation project in an omnichannel logic and participate in animating the existing customer base with the CRM team.
- This is a consulting mission of 2 days/week from April to December 2026.
Your Profile:
- First experience (1-2 years) in UX Design within e-commerce.
- Knowledge of Magento 2 (CMS).
- Proficiency in ticketing tools like Jira.
- Professional English level for communicating with international teams.
- High level of autonomy and ability to adapt quickly to new contexts.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
