The Role
The Email Marketing Manager at Genflow is responsible for managing and optimising our customer marketing channels across 10-15 creator brands, reaching several million customers. This role goes beyond sending ad hoc newsletters; it focuses on influencing user behaviour, driving sales, and expanding our customer list through strategic email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the email campaign strategy end to end.
- Coordinate with designers and copywriters to deliver both plain text and banner emails following brand guidelines.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to achieve high open and click-through rates and drive sales.
- Optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Implement new popups on the web to increase subscriber list size.
- Develop frameworks for testing various elements such as subject lines, preview texts, and CTAs.
- Pull and analyse data to transform insights into actionable plans.
- Report weekly results to internal line managers.
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Specialist email marketing experience in B2C digital content or e-commerce.
- Deep knowledge in designing, implementing, and optimising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in A/B testing and data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for conversion-focused copywriting.
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
