Overview

The Program Manager, Talent Intelligence role at General Motors pioneers and refines the TI function within Talent Acquisition. This high-impact job integrates Strategic Workforce Planning, People Analytics, Global TA, and Business Leadership to drive measurable ROI and competitive advantage in acquiring future-critical skills.

Work Arrangement

You can work remotely anywhere in the U.S., unless you live within 50 miles of a GM Hub (Warren, MI; Mountain View, CA; or Austin, TX), where a hybrid schedule is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead TI product development and iteration by gathering end user feedback.
  • Formulate value propositions linking strategic insights to business priorities.
  • Deliver actionable intelligence on priority skills, emerging industries, and market trends.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between TI team and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage competing priorities, define milestones, and drive cross-functional projects.
  • Leverage TA tools and AI platforms for in-depth data analysis.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years in program management or related roles with experience in data-driven intelligence. A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field is preferred. Demonstrated ability to transform data insights into measurable business outcomes using AI/ML and advanced analytics is essential. Preferred candidates will have proven success in scaling data products, strong storytelling abilities with customer feedback, and a deep understanding of TA processes and KPI frameworks.

Compensation & Additional Details

The salary range is $140,100 to $186,700 with variations based on relevant factors. Note that GM does not sponsor immigration-related work authorizations. This role is remote but requires hybrid work attendance if within the proximity of a GM Hub. Relocation benefits are not provided.
