Job Description

Overview

The individual in this role will focus on people services, aiming for operational excellence and continuous process evolution, supporting the digital transformation of the Service Center.

We are looking for a curious, analytical profile with an interest in technology and automation, capable of quickly learning new tools and thriving in a dynamic environment.

Key Activities

  • Attend to employees, former employees, and internal area requests for HR-related questions and needs (via phone, chat, email, and portal).
  • Perform data input, validation, and analysis in Human Resources systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and address more complex cases, escalated to level II, with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to the updating and structuring of the knowledge base, proposing content and usability improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, digitalization, and automation of service.
  • Support continuous improvement projects, new tool testing, and workflow standardization.
  • Perform other tasks relevant to the Junior HR Service Center Analyst role.

Work Model

  • Hybrid – 2 days home office.
  • In-person work at the São Caetano do Sul plant.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Complete or ongoing higher education (Administration, HR, Psychology, Technology, Engineering, Processes, or related areas).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel (formulas, basic data analysis).
  • Aptitude for digital operations.
  • Intermediate English.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, shared services, or CSC.
  • Experience or familiarity with systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar.
  • Notions of process automation and continuous improvement.
  • Interest or basic knowledge in Power BI, Knime, Power Automate, advanced Excel, or data analysis.
  • Intermediate Spanish.
