About the role
About the Position
The IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator is responsible for managing technology projects and ensuring the financial management of IT Infrastructure budgets. In projects, they will ensure alignment with Technology Solutions teams on global strategy and policy to meet integrity, security, stability, resilience, and performance requirements, without losing the perspective of innovation that maintains the organization's competitiveness. They will assist in the inclusion of technology services and products, conduct research, and evaluate the best options to mitigate the risk of exposure of our digital environments and maintain integration with existing technological platforms without loss of quality and scalability.
Activities
- Proven experience in IT project management including planning, reporting, control, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects.
- Experience in managing budgets and controlling IT finances, proposal analysis, RFP/RFI experience, and resource control.
- Ability to coordinate research and analyze products to justify recommendations and support the purchasing process.
- Experience in IT service and vendor management.

- Important knowledge of technological platform concepts, computer networks, cloud solutions, and technology services, and demonstrate experience in conducting projects for such solutions.
- Will apply analytical thinking, proven communication, and problem-solving skills to assist local and global IT infrastructure teams and other Technology teams.
- Experience in creating and managing SLAs.
- Experience in people development and management.
- Ability to train, engage, and motivate people on projects or guide teams in Technology.
- Proactive with a sense of urgency, team-oriented, ability to work autonomously.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good spoken and written communication.
Requirements
- Completed higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems.
- Desirable Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Financial Management.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in IT projects.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum certifications are desirable.
- General knowledge in Financial Management and Budgets.
