Overview
Join General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) as a Program Analyst supporting the UCAP Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) solution. This role bridges mission stakeholders, technical teams, and subcontractor support to improve outcomes for Veterans through efficient FOIA/PA processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop plans, budgets, and schedules to meet business outcomes.
- Monitor FOIA/PA case backlog and daily completion metrics.
- Support training schedules and manage active subcontractor rosters.
- Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures for HITL support.
- Forecast case performance and analyze VBA mission requirements for targeted metric goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document success metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in status reporting, metrics collection, and scheduling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain a Veterans Affairs Public Trust after government background screening.
Additional Information
This position offers a remote-friendly culture with scheduled weekly hours of 40 and expected travel of approximately once per month to customer sites in KY, PA, and MO. The salary will be determined by experience and geographic location, with an estimated range of $62,857 - $85,043.
