About the Global Payroll Analyst LATAM Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Payroll Analyst LATAM to join General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). In this role, you will oversee and execute payroll processes for our Latin American operations, ensuring compliance with regional regulations, and provide insights and support to our global payroll team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer non-U.S. payroll processes.
  • Coordinate enterprise schedules with vendors and internal contacts.
  • Oversee vendor performance and foreign payroll setups.
  • Create reports, rosters, and manage year-end processes.
  • Support policy development, change management and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of payroll experience; 1+ year in non-U.S. payroll preferred, especially for Mexico or Colombia.
  • Fluency in business Spanish and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Payroll Systems.
