About the Role
The Vice President, Financial Crime Prevention at GCGRA is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of financial crime prevention in the gaming industry. This role is crucial in safeguarding the integrity of the sector through robust anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and risk management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial crime prevention strategies.
- Establish policies and procedures to prevent money laundering and fraud.
- Ensure compliance with AML, CTF regulations, and industry requirements.
- Maintain robust AML/CTF programs including CDD, transaction monitoring, and SAR processes.
- Implement risk management strategies and perform assessments.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate controls and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging financial crime trends and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training for gaming operators and regulatory staff.

Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of AML and CTF frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities.
- Professional certifications like CAMS or CFCS are an advantage.
