About the Role

GeneDx is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Growth Lead Specialty Markets to drive the utilization of its industry-leading exome and genome products within pediatric and adult specialist markets. You will evolve commercial strategies, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure GeneDx remains the market leader in genomic medicine.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Own volume snapshots, pipeline health, and key performance metrics.
  • Partner with marketing for targeted campaigns, educational programs, and research initiatives.
  • Lead collaborations, CME initiatives, and partnership programs to drive growth.
  • Translate strategic insights into actionable training and execution plans.
  • Continuously assess and pivot strategies based on program performance.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and advocate for your business area.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Education, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPH, etc.). 7+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales leadership, or general management is needed, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, pharma or life sciences. Prior sales experience in specialty markets is an asset. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
