Overview
GeneDx (Nasdaq: WGS) delivers personalized and actionable health insights to inform diagnosis, direct treatment, and improve drug discovery. As a Growth Lead NICU, you will drive the utilization of exome and genome testing within the neonatal intensive care unit.
Summary
In this role, you will evolve the commercial strategy, drive cross-functional initiatives, and enhance customer engagement. You will work directly with sales and marketing teams to translate strategic insights into practical plans, forging strong external and internal relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial sales strategy in line with company goals.
- Own and report on volume snapshots, pipeline health, and key metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns and educational programs.
- Lead partnerships, CME initiatives, and cross-team collaborations.
- Continuously assess performance and pivot strategies as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for the NICU segment.
Education, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degrees (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred with 7+ years in commercial strategy, sales leadership or general management, ideally in healthcare or life sciences. Experience in NICU environments and hospital protocol development is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are required to thrive in a dynamic setting.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $220,000—$270,000 USD. Benefits include PTO, Health/Dental/Vision/Life insurance, 401k, employee discounts, and voluntary benefits.
