The Role: Principal Client Services

This role focuses on managing major institutional and VIP client accounts. You will set internal expectations, act as the escalation point for client issues, drive adoption initiatives, and work on process improvements. This is part operations and part relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with institutional and VIP clients.
  • Act as the client's advocate and escalate critical issues.
  • Facilitate project coordination, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create scalable solutions.
  • Mentor team members and set operational standards.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in institutional, client-facing and ops-focused roles.
  • Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or institutional financial services.
  • Strong critical thinking and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Financial certifications are a plus.
