The Platform Organization enables Gemini to scale effectively and empowers engineering teams to build innovative financial products. The Enterprise Infrastructure team oversees internal corporate technology including hardware/software management, cloud resources, developer tools, and operations of global physical locations.

The Role: Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer

As an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer focused on end users, you will provide front-line technical support and drive IT process improvements. You'll troubleshoot and resolve user issues, automate recurring tasks, deploy devices such as MacBooks and Chromebooks, and contribute to projects that enhance Gemini’s IT services across hardware, cloud, and software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide fast resolution to service and incident requests via ticketing and Slack.
  • Document interactions to improve support processes.
  • Administer user accounts using Okta, Google Workspace, and Active Directory.
  • Manage vendor relations and support productivity tools like GSuite, Office 365, Slack, and Zendesk.
  • Troubleshoot networking issues, A/V equipment, and manage asset administration via JAMF and Google MDM.
  • Educate users on Gemini best practices and maintain effective working relationships for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 3-4 years of support experience.
  • Experience with JIRA administration, macOS support, and JAMF management.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, A/V troubleshooting, and networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Experience with Okta and traditional corporate IT equipment troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in startup, fintech, or finance support environments.
  • Familiarity with SSO, Linux, advanced macOS management, and large-scale device/user account management.
  • Experience with Go, Python, Swift, configuration management tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Apple MDM.
