Role Overview

The Commercial Solutions Consultant works at the intersection of sales, product, marketing, and customer success, collaborating with Commercial Account Executives and Account Managers. This role is responsible for translating Gem's product capabilities into tangible business value, leading proof of value demonstrations, and securing the technical win for Gem in strategic sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Commercial Account Executives and Account Managers in sales cycles.
  • Map technical capabilities to business value and lead live demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success for seamless handoffs post-sales.
  • Provide field feedback to shape product improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor movements.

About You

You should have 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success) with the ability to quickly learn new technologies. A strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, APIs, and integrations is key. Recruiting or HR technology experience is a bonus.

Additional Information
