Overview of the Role
The Human Resources Business Partner will work with experienced HRBPs to execute HR strategies that align with GEICO's evolving business goals. This role involves shaping HR support for internal client groups and driving key company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive HRBP support to assigned client groups.
- Build influential relationships with managers to drive talent outcomes.
- Lead project management for organization-specific and company-wide priorities.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to execute deliverables.
- Manage data analytics reporting to support senior leaders' decision-making.
- Advise on policy application and process implementation.
- Support change management with effective communication and engagement.
- Foster an inclusive climate that integrates diverse perspectives.
Basic Qualifications
- 5-7 years of Human Resources experience with at least 2 years in an HRBP/HR Generalist role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Experience in compensation, performance management, talent development, and human capital analytics.
- Strong skills in Excel, reporting tools, and presentation software.
- Proven ability to use data insights for business decisions.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong independent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance industry or similar high-growth organizations.
- Proven partnership with HR colleagues in matrixed companies.
Work Location & Arrangement
This hybrid role requires a minimum on-site presence of 3 days per week in the Richardson, TX offices.
