Commercial Delegate Balearic Islands
GECOL is seeking a Commercial Delegate for the Balearic Islands to join our commercial team. We are a company dedicated to the manufacturing and sale of industrial mortars and integral construction solutions, part of the SOPREMA group, a world leader in waterproofing, thermal, and acoustic insulation systems. Responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial Director and the Regional Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing business in the area, primarily with building material warehouses and renovation companies, with a special focus on the specification and sale of ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems) and SATE (External Thermal Insulation Systems).
- Develop our business in the area within the mortar and insulation systems sector.
- Manage all commercial relationships with our loyal distribution network.
- Analyze and synthesize information for autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the Specification department and Customer Service department.
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive, curious, and dynamic individual who is enthusiastic about sales and constant field contact. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Synthesis and problem-solving abilities, with a good business vision.
- Minimum education: Higher Technician and/or University Degree.
- 5 years of commercial experience as a representative for a recognized manufacturer in the building materials distribution channel, including mortars, adhesives, waterproofing, thermal insulation, sealants, and paints.
- Rigorous planning skills, ability to organize and optimize time, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Team player mentality.
- Good command of CRM systems and essential Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
