Job Overview

The Senior Automation Analyst at GEA Group will design, develop, and test automation workflows, deploy RPA components including bots and development tools, and create detailed process documentation. The role involves close collaboration with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business impacting projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
  • Deploy RPA components and maintain code repositories.
  • Create process documentation and training manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery.
  • Integrate automation with SAP, AX 6, BI, and AI teams.
  • Provide production support during month end and year end closing.
  • Implement automation quality standards and cognitive automation strategies.
  • Drive integrated automation strategy for cross functional processes.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience in implementing process automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of Automation Anywhere, UiPath, .Net, Python, and Java.
  • Strong communication skills and process mindset.
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse teams.
