About SR Project Site Manager

Join GE Vernova Grid Solutions, a leading global energy company with over 12,000 employees. This role involves overseeing site construction, building, and commissioning activities at customer sites with 90% domestic travel.

Job Summary

The SR Project Site Manager is responsible for the entire site execution during ITO/OTR phases. You will lead site teams, ensure schedule, quality and cost compliance, contribute to strategy development, and drive best practices across projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise complete site activities during ITO/OTR phases.
  • Lead one or multiple site teams in executing project scopes.
  • Ensure adherence to schedule, cost, quality standards, and regulations.
  • Contribute to developing strategies and quality best practices.
  • Act as a key resource for colleagues with less experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 15 years of advanced experience in substation construction, site installation, and commissioning.

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience in site safety and OSHA.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven project management abilities and analytical skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary ranges from 114,100.00 to 152,200.00 USD annually, with eligibility for a 15% variable incentive bonus and overtime. Comprehensive healthcare, retirement plans, tuition assistance, and additional benefits are provided.

Additional Information
