Job Overview
The Services Specialist role at GE Vernova involves performing onsite installation, commissioning, and service maintenance support for GE Monitoring and Diagnostic products. The position requires delivering quality onsite and remote service support to address customer questions or concerns.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform installation and service work on transformer monitoring equipment
- Manage installation projects in coordination with customer contacts and internal teams
- Troubleshoot and fault find to Printed Circuit Board (PCB) level
- Liaise with customers for job planning, execution, follow-up, and sales support
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations while conducting field work
- Act as primary technical resource and lead on resolving engineering and product issues
- Provide installation and service direction onsite and remotely
- Submit timely and professional reports
- Implement quality control requirements in line with Engineering and Product standards
- Manage schedule details, project milestones, and manpower requirements
Additional Duties
Develop technical expertise, work with internal teams, and handle customer interactions directly. The role may require leading a junior team and solving issues using sound technical judgment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with 6+ years experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in Services & On Site Services
- Willingness and ability to travel

Compensation & Benefits
Base pay ranges between USD 72,400 and 90,500 annually, with overtime eligibility and geographic differentials. Comprehensive healthcare, retirement benefits, tuition assistance, and other employee benefits are provided.
