Overview
The SaaS Senior Sales Manager role at GE Vernova focuses on driving SaaS solutions sales in the Power Generation sector within the United States. The role involves targeting revenue growth, managing existing and new customer accounts, and collaborating with various GE Vernova Business Units, especially Gas Power.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly targets through proactive sales pipeline management.
- Follow structured sales processes and articulate tailored sales strategies.
- Conduct direct customer outreach and research to stimulate business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships and trust.
- Create winning proposals using industry knowledge and PERS products.
- Maintain accurate records in SFDC CRM and plan regular travels as needed (up to 50%).
Qualifications & Characteristics
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), substantive customer-facing experience, and demonstrable experience with value selling. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Power Generation industry, enterprise account management experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish considered a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary averages around 148,500 USD annually with additional sales incentive performance bonus (up to 30%). Comprehensive Health and Welfare benefits, retirement and insurance options, paid time off, and other employee benefits are offered.
