  • Conduct direct customer outreach and research to stimulate business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong executive relationships and trust.
  • Create winning proposals using industry knowledge and PERS products.
  • Maintain accurate records in SFDC CRM and plan regular travels as needed (up to 50%).

Qualifications & Characteristics

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), substantive customer-facing experience, and demonstrable experience with value selling. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Power Generation industry, enterprise account management experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish considered a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
