Overview
Reporting to the GridBeats Cybersecurity NPI Product Manager, the Cybersecurity Product Architect is a team player responsible for driving the design, scalability, and evolution of software products. This role bridges product strategy and technical architecture, ensuring solutions meet business objectives, deliver long-term value, and adhere to modern engineering and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Define and own the end-to-end architecture in alignment with enterprise standards.
- Evaluate and recommend frameworks, platforms, and technologies for competitiveness.
- Act as a technical thought partner to ensure alignment with the product vision.
- Establish and enforce architectural principles and best practices.
- Partner with UX/UI and operations teams for balanced functionality and security.
- Mentor engineers and advise on secure SDLC practices.
- Drive supply-chain security and data protection measures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Over 8 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership role. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and agile project management tools.
Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range for this position is between 130,500.00 and 173,900.00 USD annually, with an eligible 15% variable incentive bonus. Additional benefits include comprehensive healthcare, retirement benefits, tuition and adoption assistance, paid time off, and more. Note that a geographic differential may apply in certain areas.
