Job Profile Summary

The X-Ray Digital and AI Product Manager drives the development, launch, and growth of AI-powered digital solutions within the X-ray portfolio. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, and business development to meet customer needs and ensure market leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy And Vision: Define and communicate strategic vision and conduct market analysis.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and AI teams, create roadmaps, and oversee lifecycle management.
  • Business Development: Evaluate and integrate third-party AI solutions and establish partnerships.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and customer support and engage healthcare professionals.
  • Market And Regulatory Expertise: Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor competitive landscape.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs using data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare/digital/AI; strong understanding of X-ray systems and medical imaging; experience with AI/ML technologies; excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Characteristics

Familiarity with healthcare compliance (FDA, CE, HIPAA), experience with data analytics platforms, knowledge of cloud-based solutions and interoperability standards (DICOM, HL7, FHIR), customer engagement experience, and Agile/SaaS development knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits

This U.S. position has a pay range of $184,800.00-$277,200.00 annually, with additional performance based incentives. GE HealthCare offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
