- Execute equipment calibration activities and coordinate with calibration agencies.
- Create standard operating procedures and train production operators.
- Implement lean initiatives, Kaizen, and address line breakdowns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and implement best practices amid high ambiguity.
