Job Overview

GE HealthCare’s Chief Data and Analytics Office team delivers innovative data, insights and AI solutions. As a Sr Staff Data Scientist Enterprise AI, you will develop and deliver innovative algorithms and advanced digital twin methodologies to drive actionable business insights across Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Commercial, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced simulation and optimization methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs.
  • Establish optimization standards and best practices in model development.
  • Work with MLOps to deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models.
  • Ensure forecasting models integrate seamlessly with business systems.
  • Stay updated with trends in AI, ML, and operations research.

Technical & Industry Expertise

Expertise in Python, AWS, Azure, R, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Proven experience in time-series forecasting, probabilistic simulation, financial modeling, and stochastic optimization. Familiarity with MLOps practices and experience working with healthcare/MedTech sectors is essential.

Qualifications & Experience

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, AI, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research or a related field plus 6 years of experience, or a Master’s with 4 years, or a PhD with 2 years. Must have proven expertise in AI/ML and forecasting and the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
