Role Description
As the Senior Staff AI Application Engineer, you will develop and deliver innovative GenAI and Agentic AI solutions that generate actionable business insights across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and more. You will own the full software development lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, ML engineering, analytics, and GenAI development.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications integrating machine learning and generative models.
- Develop modern front-end interfaces using React/Next.js or equivalent.
- Implement scalable back-end services with FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js.
- Translate prototypes and GenAI models into scalable production-ready solutions.
- Collaborate with MLOps and GenAIOps teams for deployment and continuous improvement.
- Integrate cloud-based AI APIs and enterprise data sources.
- Monitor application performance and iterate for enhanced business impact.
- Document architectures, APIs, and deployment processes for transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 5+ years of experience in architecting and scaling complex AI/GenAI systems.
- Expertise in Python and full-stack AI engineering.
- Proficiency with LLMs, diffusion models, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure) and secure data governance.
- Strong leadership in AI security, governance, and compliance.
