Role Overview
GE HealthCare is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Transformation & Analytics to lead the evolution of our marketing and sales technology ecosystem and our marketing analytics capability across the US and Canada.
This role owns the MarTech and marketing data strategy end to end — from platform selection and optimization to advanced measurement and executive-level business cases. The role partners closely with IT, Finance, Sales, and Regional and Global Marketing teams, and plays a critical role in shaping enterprise MarTech and analytics strategy. USCAN initiatives frequently serve as the blueprint for broader global adoption.
This leader combines deep technical and analytical expertise with strong business acumen and the ability to drive change across complex, matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Technology Strategy & Ownership
- Own the US & Canada MarTech strategy, roadmap, and operating model, aligned to business priorities and evolving customer buying behavior.
- Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of marketing and sales technologies, including modernization initiatives such as contact enrichment, inbound and outbound lead scoring models, event lead capture, and meeting scheduling platforms.
- Oversee and optimize the MarTech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe B2B Optimizer, Adobe CDP, and Gong, in close partnership with IT.
- Act as senior product owner for core platforms, ensuring scalability, integration, usability, governance, and measurable ROI.
- Lead the responsible expansion of AI-enabled capabilities across the marketing function to improve performance, efficiency, and insight.
- Own vendor strategy, contract management, renewals, and performance management.
- Define, document, and drive adoption of standard processes and ways of working, in partnership with Marketing and Regional IT, supported by clear communication and enablement.
Data, Analytics & Measurement Leadership
- Lead the Marketing Data & Analytics team, partnering with IT and data teams to deliver trusted, decision-ready insights.
- Define and evolve marketing measurement frameworks that connect activity to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.
- Advance attribution, experimentation, and analytics approaches that reflect changing buyer behavior and channel complexity.
- Oversee analytics platforms and reporting, including Power BI and Adobe Analytics, ensuring data quality, consistency, compliance, and adoption.
- Apply strong financial modeling and ROI discipline to marketing performance measurement and investment decisions.
Executive Influence & Transformation
- Develop and present business cases for MarTech investments and transformation initiatives to CMO, CIO, CFO, and CEO audiences.
- Translate complex technical, analytical, and financial concepts into clear, compelling narratives that drive alignment and action.
- Lead root-cause analysis across performance, systems, and data challenges, and implement durable, scalable solutions.
- Navigate and simplify organizational silos to deliver outcomes in a highly matrixed environment.
- Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team while effectively leveraging resources beyond direct reporting lines.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience across marketing technology, analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing, with demonstrated leadership in transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience building, modernizing, or scaling MarTech stacks and analytics capabilities, including associated change management.
- Strong understanding of data science concepts, marketing analytics, and financial modeling.
- Experience partnering closely with IT, finance, and sales organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, analytics, data science, or a related field preferred.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $195,360.00-$293,040.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
