Project Manager, Diagnostic Cardiology at GE HealthCare
Owns the project management and implementation process for GE HealthCare Patient Care Solutions Diagnostic Cardiology products, including but not limited to sales order review, project planning and documentation, resource coordination, and issues resolution.
This is a hybrid role where you will work primarily out of your home office with occasional travel to customer sites required. The successful candidate will need to reside in the Pacific, Mountain or Central Time Zones with the ability to work from home in a dedicated office space, free from distraction with a high-speed internet connection.

Essential Responsibilities
The Project Manager, Diagnostic Cardiology is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and process productivity throughout the installation process including:
- Act as the primary liaison between GE and the customer project teams.
- Execute the implementation of managed projects including identification of GE and customer responsibilities and deliverables as defined in the sales contract, coordination of GE and contract resources in the execution of GE responsibilities.
- Creation of project implementation timeline with collaboration between customer, GE, and contract resources.
- Regular tracking and communication of implementation progress, tracking of equipment delivery, installation, and testing, tracking and assignment of project deliverables with owners and timing for completion.
- Provide regular communications including project kick-off, regular status updates, and project closure including occasional customer site visits, and lead implementation team during clinical “Go-Live” of the equipment.
- Create, maintain, and route formal project documentation to project teams and key stakeholders, within a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate project milestone date accuracy creating visible and predictable data for key business metrics and revenue forecasting.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience; OR an Associates degree and a minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Ability to work effectively in difficult and fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently managing multiple projects and competing priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations.
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale project management where deadlines were met on or ahead of schedule (e.g., healthcare, healthcare IT, equipment installations experience).
- Ability to work with and communicate with diverse work partners internal and external to GE and our customers.
- Ability to work effectively from a remote home office location.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% including overnight stays when necessary.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must have a valid driver’s license.

- Knowledge or experience within the healthcare industry and GEHC products.
- Proficient in project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets, TaskRay).
- Six Sigma certification and/or experience in Lean methodology.
