About the Role

The Mammo Sales General Manager West at GE HealthCare is a dynamic and visionary National Modality Leader responsible for overseeing Region Modality Leaders across a designated sub-region. This role is pivotal in revitalizing business growth and fostering a high-performance team culture while ensuring a robust pipeline and sustained profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly P&L targets.
  • Forecast pipeline and sales accurately per reporting cycles.
  • Contribute to annual business planning and growth strategies.
  • Drive performance management and provide coaching feedback.
  • Develop strong clinical and technical expertise in healthcare trends.
  • Enhance key opinion leader relationships and market share.
  • Act as the primary product customer point of contact in the region.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED with 6+ years in mammography sales and ability to travel 50% of the time.

Desired: Progressive leadership experience in healthcare sales/marketing, strong coaching and negotiation skills, effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
