About the Role
As a Lead Implementation Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving enterprise-level deployments of the MIM clinical software platform within complex healthcare environments. You will orchestrate multi-site implementations that encompass digital tools, imaging systems, and clinical workflows. Your responsibilities will include owning the entire project lifecycle, from planning and configuration to integration, go-live, and ensuring successful clinical adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale, multi-site implementations and provide executive reporting.
- Coordinate effectively across Digital, Imaging/Modality, Clinical Applications, Services, and Customer IT departments.
- Install, configure, validate, and support MIM deployments and integrations.
- Manage multiple projects, including scope, risks, timelines, and customer expectations.
- Partner with clinicians and IT professionals to align workflows with clinical use cases.
- Mentor other project managers and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in software/digital implementation project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience with enterprise software deployment and healthcare interoperability.
- Solid understanding of networks, servers, and fundamental security principles.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.
Desired Characteristics
- 10+ years of experience in multi-site or enterprise deployments is preferred.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience with system architecture, integration, and security frameworks.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or CSM are advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
For U.S. based positions, the annual pay range is $108,000.00 - $162,000.00. Compensation is determined by factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation. GE HealthCare provides a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company contributions, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
