Job Overview

Join GE HealthCare's Global AVS FP&A team as the Income Statement & Commercial Finance Manager. You will lead FP&A activities including closing, forecasting, and reporting for a $5B segment, partnering with AVS Finance and Operations teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead key FP&A cycle activities including estimating, actuals tracking, and variance reporting.
  • Partner with Finance and Operating teams to align financial outcomes with business operations.
  • Support Monthly and Quarterly Operating Reviews and Price Council activities.
  • Develop KPIs and support Op Profit walks, focusing on volume, pricing, mix, and cost productivity drivers.
  • Own commercial reporting and analysis ensuring alignment with global pricing and regional teams.
  • Drive process standardization for internal analysis and Corporate Finance submissions.
  • Collaborate with Finance Transformation leader to deliver PowerBI ecosystem data and reports.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with 10 years of operating finance experience, deep FP&A expertise, and strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Robust experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects and advanced Excel skills.
