Job Summary: Imaging Digital Solutions Sales Specialist
As an Imaging Digital Solutions Sales Specialist at GE HealthCare, you will be a customer-facing individual responsible for strategizing, forecasting, executing, and implementing GE's radiology software solutions, which represents one of GE Healthcare's fastest-growing portfolios. This role focuses on operations within the Northeast region. You will need to understand and articulate the SaaS market and its trends while adhering to GE Commercial Policies. The position offers autonomy to demonstrate the value of our SaaS solutions to account stakeholders and thought leaders, supported by local Imaging Account Managers. You will foster a collaborative culture within the assigned Region and IDS Team through clear communication, action plans, accurate forecasting, and intense sales execution. The Northeast Region covers multiple states, requiring moderate to frequent travel. Success is measured by operating plan attainment, implementation attainment, margin attainment, integrity/compliance practices, and team/leader assessment.
This role is an individual sales contributor, tasked with executing standalone, renewal, and enterprise deal strategies and implementation for our SaaS products. It demands strong collaboration to unite, educate, and engage cross-functional and local account teams. You will act as a resource for colleagues and may lead small projects to improve business outcomes. Maintaining high performance expectations and handling sensitive internal and external issues are crucial for ensuring the best customer experience.
The assigned Region is the Northeast, covering ME, VT, NH, MA, NY, CT, RI, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA, NC, SC, and portions of PA. It is preferred that the candidate resides within this region.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Directly accountable for orders and sales commitments for GE Imaging Digital Solutions across the assigned Northeast Region.
- Support and lead account strategy and collaboration for the Imaging Digital Solution portfolio, including forecasting, overall customer experience, and implementation expectations.
- Execute an education plan for local sales teams, covering key value propositions, product positioning, SaaS benefits/execution, and anticipated client outcomes.
- Develop and articulate in-depth knowledge of the sales territory by tracking market trends for the Imaging Digital Solutions portfolio and related GEHC modalities.
- Maintain strong awareness of competition, understand competitive solutions, and effectively position GE HealthCare's differentiators. Provide clear communication to the Modality General Manager and Product Management Team regarding competitor trends and key wins/losses to inform future product development.
- Demonstrate technical and analytical thinking for data-driven decision-making.
- Understand and lead pricing strategy to ensure profitability.
- Display creative and process-oriented thinking to propose solutions outside of set parameters for complex day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.
- Prioritize information effectively for decision-making and time management.
- Exemplify resourcefulness by leveraging multiple internal and limited external sources to make decisions and enhance team strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant sales experience.
- Sales experience (or completion of a GE Leadership Program) is required, with SaaS sales experience preferred.

The pay range for U.S. based positions is $129,600.00-$194,400.00 Annually, potentially including performance-based incentive compensation. Relocation assistance is not provided. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
