Job Description Summary
The HTM Service Strategy Leader will drive projects and decisions for better service delivery management of biomedical equipment serviced by GEHC HTM in customer facilities. This role will pivot between headquarters, suppliers/vendors, BMET/FEs, and zone leadership to ensure efficient and successful strategies are clearly defined and implemented.
This job is a remote role, anywhere in the U.S.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership on deployment and support strategies for GE & Multi Vendor equipment serviced by the Biomed organization.
- Support zone leadership and field teams in driving Variable Cost Productivity projects focused on most cost-effective service options, reviewing material and purchase service spend, and identifying training opportunities to drive costs down.
- Be a key contributor in the development of a comprehensive database of information using industry information from AAMI, ECRI, and FDA as well as specific OEM information.
- Improve and enhance the GE database to be the best in industry which contains comprehensive data that is flexible to industry changes. Key attributes include, but not limited to, description, pricing, checklist, PM parts, training requirements, technical information including cybersecurity related fields.
- Reinvigorate end of life database to include key decision points of part and service availability, security, technology, equipment expected life, and end of sale, end of service dates to provide comprehensive capital planning information to customer, and service strategy decisions to control cost to serve.
- Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
- Provide timely reports to improve cost reduction and efficiency in the field.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.
Required Qualifications
For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
- HTM/Biomed knowledge
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate cross functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Strong business acumen, including a strong financial background and analytical mindset.
- Profit and Loss (P&L) exposure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all level of the organization.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $92,000.00-$138,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
