Job Description
Overview
Join GE HealthCare as the HR Talent Program Intern and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our recruitment and hiring processes. In this role, you will help build talent pipelines, support our national Service Apprentice Program, and assist leaders with various HR tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting and hiring activities including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain internal trackers for accurate workforce planning and program management.
- Support coordination of training sessions, monthly calls, and program events.
- Help with sending exit surveys and collecting feedback to improve programs.
- Maintain external partnership information and support outreach to schools.
- Collaborate with leaders and contribute to projects like developing training sessions and partnership trackers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and basic Excel skills.
- Comfortable using internet tools and web applications for research.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in HR areas such as recruitment or program management.
- Detail-oriented with a process-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with Workday, Smartsheet or other HR systems is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
This internship offers an hourly pay range of $15 - $20, performance-based incentives, and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
