About the Role
The Graduate Engineer Trainee role at GE HealthCare offers an exceptional opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to gain hands-on experience with various VCP projects, assist in innovation, and build a strong foundation in a dynamic global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning & Development: Participate in training programs and workshops.
- Technical Support & Assistance: Support program leaders with documentation, samples shipment, and project follow-up.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining ARs, POs, invoices, and progress reports.
- Testing & Validation: Participate in testing and validation activities for VCP projects.
- Problem Solving: Contribute to diagnosing and resolving issues with cross-functional support.
- Project Contribution: Support various VCP COE projects through documentation, development, and follow ups.
- Collaboration: Work with teams including VCP Engg, AME, Sourcing, Supplier Quality, and more.
- Research & Innovation: Explore new technologies and best practices to drive improvements.
Basic and Desired Qualifications
A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution is required. Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and project management skills are desired.
