Job Description
Role Summary
The Global Oncology Radiopharma Product Leader will define and execute the global strategy for the oncology molecular imaging portfolio. The role requires a strong leader with deep scientific expertise and business acumen to drive product and market development and commercial success, prioritizing the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement global product strategy for oncology tracers, create target product profiles, build indication strategy grounded in unmet medical needs, lead Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP), and drive cross-functional execution with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and R&D teams.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities, and identify opportunities for label expansion and new indications using real-world evidence and customer insights.
Market Insights: Analyze global market trends, competitive landscape, and unmet clinical needs; build business cases for geographic expansion beyond the U.S.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Clinical Development to align trial endpoints and establish collaborations with healthcare systems.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in oncology and nuclear medicine.
Ideal Profile
Academic degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, APP) in Life Sciences or Engineering with proven expertise in oncologic imaging and molecular diagnostics. Must have established relationships with KOLs, demonstrated leadership in global cross-functional settings, and experience in launching diagnostics in the U.S. cancer space.
Compensation & Benefits
The U.S. based position pays between $193,600.00 and $290,400.00 annually along with performance based incentives, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
