Overview
The Director, Command Center Sales is a seasoned sales role focused on new client acquisition and the provision of top-tier consulting services. The professional will lead sales initiatives while ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Business Development: Craft and implement aggressive sales strategies to secure new business opportunities.
- Business Development: Create opportunities with hospital and health system leadership for GEHC Command Center programs.
- Strategic Influence: Provide input to shape business strategy as required.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings, and advocate best practices.
- Decision Making: Navigate complex tasks with sophisticated judgment in areas like operational and product management.
- Lead & Collaborate: Effectively communicate complex concepts and steer colleagues and clients toward alternative perspectives.
Required Qualifications
A Master’s degree with 6 years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in Services & Consulting. Direct experience in hospital operations and basic knowledge of health IT systems, including EMR, is required.
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a deep connection to the U.S. healthcare community.
