What You’ll Do
- Define and drive strategic priorities for AVS and its sub-segments.
- Identify M&A, venture investments, and partnership opportunities for growth.
- Advise the AVS Leadership Team with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, Commercial, and Operations to execute initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Set the strategic vision for 1, 5, and 10-year goals.
- Conduct market, competitive, financial, and customer analyses.
- Develop materials for leadership discussions and inspire buy-in.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders for unbiased insights.
- Evaluate new business ventures and manage M&A transactions.
Required & Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred. Minimum of 8 years overall professional experience with at least 3 years in strategy, corporate development, consulting, or investment banking and 2 years in healthcare or medtech. Must have strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and exceptional stakeholder management with excellent presentation and communication skills. M&A expertise is highly desired.
Compensation & Benefits
For U.S. based positions, the pay range is $168,000.00-$252,000.00 annually with performance-based incentives. GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with matching, insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Please note that GE HealthCare will only employ those legally authorized to work in the U.S. and employment is contingent on a successful drug screen.
