Job Summary
GE HealthCare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) is seeking a team-oriented, self-motivated Compliance Manager with significant pharma industry experience to join the GE HealthCare PDx US and Canada Compliance Team. This role focuses on supporting the radiopharma diagnostics business and reports directly to the Compliance Lead, GE HealthCare PDx USCAN.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Partner with the GE HealthCare compliance team to develop, and/or manage key compliance activities, policies, and local procedures specific to GEHC Pharmaceutical Diagnostics in US and Canada.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with Legal and Compliance stakeholders to continuously enhance the overall compliance program.
- Design and deliver engaging live and virtual/online compliance training sessions for various Pharmaceutical Diagnostics teams, with a particular emphasis on the radiopharma diagnostics business.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual monitoring plan, conducting regular assessments through both in-person activity monitoring and data reviews to proactively identify potential compliance issues.
- Implement necessary processes to ensure all business activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Identify areas of potential risk and propose effective strategies for risk mitigation, actively supporting annual compliance risk assessment and mitigation planning activities.
- Maintain and/or create Pharmaceutical Diagnostics compliance metrics to facilitate operational reviews and decision-making.
- Assist in the monitoring of third parties to ensure their compliance with both legal and contractual obligations.
- Support the development and implementation of the broader compliance training plan and contribute to the creation of training content.
- Actively foster and promote a strong culture of ethical conduct throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least 6 years of dedicated compliance experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance policies, training programs, and monitoring plans.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work and partner with diverse internal cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and exhibit exceptional attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and effectively prioritizing multiple demands.
- Flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time for monitoring activities and team meetings.

- Experience supporting pharmaceutical product launches in the U.S./Canada is highly preferred.
- Prior experience developing and implementing policies, training, and monitoring plans.
- Adept at collaborating and partnering effectively with internal cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and prioritize various demands.
- This position offers remote work flexibility; candidates should ideally reside within 1.5 hours of a major U.S. airport.
