Job Summary
Working within the Maternal Infant Care (MIC) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) national team, the Clinical Applications Specialist, Maternal Infant Care will deliver clinical and operational expertise. This role provides essential education and training support for the Maternal Infant Care product portfolio to clinical end-users. These clinical experts will facilitate evidence-based practice and support the customer experience and commercial teams from pre-sale through post-implementation by providing effective, outcome-based education and training solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within the Maternal Infant Care modality.
- Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to equip clinicians with the skills to optimize performance from their GE HealthCare equipment.
- Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions to potential customers.
- In partnership with customers, develop and administer clinical training to end-user personnel, aligned with sales order agreements (SOA), to deliver excellent clinical education and achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Collaborate and coordinate customer training delivery with an integrated account management approach, involving sales, project management, and other service organization teams, in accordance with the SOA/terms and conditions.
- Drive revenue realization through the execution of on-site or remote clinical education delivery.
- Produce comprehensive, consistent, and timely completion of documentation requirements from pre- through post-training phases.
- Provide ongoing post-installation training and support as needed. Support existing customers with additional training or as product enhancements are launched.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate all relevant product and/or customer concerns or opportunities to the LCS Management team, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support regarding technical and clinical issues or ways to improve product quality and offerings.
- Manage travel & lodging (T&L) budget effectively through optimization of travel strategies and cost savings. Submit expense reports within guidelines and maintain clear, complete records.
- National travel is required up to 100%.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of direct patient care experience in a NICU setting.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Must reside in the assigned region.
- Hold an active registered nursing license with experience in NICU.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively 100% (4-5 days per week, including some weekends) within the US and Canada (USCAN) via multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, train, etc.) as necessary.
- Proficient use of software applications such as Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and adept at navigating other computer and web-based tools (intranet/internet/apps).
- Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions.

Additional Information
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $92,000.00-$138,000.00 Annual. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
