The Clinical Application Support Specialist serves as the primary contact for customers, crucial for shaping their experience.

What You'll Do as a Clinical Application Support Specialist, Nuclear Medicine

  • Become proficient in specialized, industry-specific medical imaging software to provide expert support to MIM customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product training to hospitals, clinicians, and clinical staff, understanding their unique needs for tailored assistance.
  • Conduct training sessions for fellow team members and cross-functional teams, fostering knowledge sharing.
  • Utilize remote technologies to diagnose and resolve customer concerns, guiding them toward optimal software utilization.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout every stage of the support journey.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to find solutions, even those outside your immediate expertise.
  • Act as the customer's advocate by sharing valuable product insights with MIM’s product, quality, and management teams to drive software enhancements and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Contribute actively to departmental operational improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need

  • A background as a nuclear medicine technologist or in a support capacity for nuclear medicine procedures is preferred.
  • 3+ years of clinical or medical experience.
  • CNMT Certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to actively listen and anticipate customer needs with an empathetic mindset.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to provide unique solutions to complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $70,400.00-$105,600.00 Annually. Compensation decisions are based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives. GE HealthCare offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
