At GE Appliances, a Haier company, we make good things for life. Join our team as a Senior Area Sales Manager - A&W- Remote- New England and drive growth by building strong partnerships and developing innovative sales strategies for our Air & Water product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives by prospecting and recruiting PHVAC wholesale distributors.
- Drive growth through identifying new business opportunities and expanding customer relationships.
- Collaborate with national account teams and third-party rep firms for regional sales growth.
- Enhance customer experience with tailored programs and efficient issue resolution.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to communicate product value.
- Utilize reporting and analysis tools to track performance and improve strategies.
- Manage partnerships and align third-party manufacturing representatives in the region.
Qualifications
Minimum: 5 years of sales experience in plumbing or HVAC, strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel 50% throughout New England.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and experience with strategic territory growth plans coupled with a solutions-oriented mindset.
